Jennifer Love Hewitt must have a fabulous publicist. I am constantly mystified by the amount of ink she gets. Most Beautiful. Sexiest -- She even got the cover of TV Guide for that one.
Saturday she was even honored at the Step Up Women's Networks Annual Inspiration Awards. Other than her uncanny ability to hire a good P.R. team, what is so inspirational about her?
This is her charity biography, according to looktothestar.org:
“Jennifer helped design and signed a pair of shoes for the Stuart Weitzman charity shoe auction benefiting ovarian cancer awareness and research.
“Hewitt was seen wearing a ‘Save the Future’ t-shirt in support of the Cotton Campaign run by the Environmental Justice Foundation. The proceeds of the t-shirts are going to continue to fight the use of child labour in the production of cotton.”
Wow. She signed a pair of shoes and wore a t-shirt. Where does she find the time?
The thing that really gets to me is that Hewitt is stealing headlines from the event’s real inspirational women like Lifetime Network President & CEO Andrea Wong and actors Jamie Lee Curtis, Tatyana Ali and Mena Suvari.
But I guess the event organizers had to throw in someone who could guarantee press coverage. We should probably be thankful that Paris Hilton wasn’t available.
