We’re not all snark. Time to celebrate Michael Phelps, Rihanna, Zac Efron, Ashlee Simpson, Stephanie Pratt, Cee-Lo, T.I., T-Pain, Travis Barker, Fatman Scoop and Ciara
1. The Hills’ Stephanie Pratt – Her shoes are wearing little hats!

3. Fatman Scoop – Fatman Scoop showed up in his boxers. Ok, we know the first rule of fashion is “put on clothes,” but if somehow gets this to catch on, we will be so pumped. We’re showing up to the office in boxers tomorrow just in case.
4. Travis Barker – You can’t ever go wrong with a Slayer T-shirt. Ever.
5. T.I. – In a sleek Louis Vuitton outfit, T.I. looked dapper and kind of huggable.
